What should I bring?- At Solace Spa we understand that you are coming in to leave your stress at the door, that being said you should not need anything for your appointment. We do have locker space for your visit to hold personal belongings if you choose to use them. We ask that phones be kept on silent if you decide to bring them into the treatment or locker rooms with you.
Do I need to do anything prior to my appointment?- Depending on the service you will be receiving it is important to stop the use of active ingredients such as Retinols, Vitamin C, Salicylic Acid, Glycolic Acid, Mandelic Acid, and any other chemical exfoliants. If you are not sure if your product should be discontinued before a service please feel free to email us (admin@solacespamn.com) a photo of the ingredients list on the back of your item and we can check for you! It is important to complete all forms sent to your email before your scheduled appointment as well. In your forms there will be more information on service-specific do’s and don'ts.
What is Solace Spa’s cancellation policy?- In the event of canceling your appointment we ask that you provide Solace Spa with at least a 24 hour notice. Anything less than that may result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled appointment.
I am booking a service prior to an event, how long in advance should I book?- Each service has different lengths of downtime so it is always a good plan to prebook to allow the proper amount of time. Some services like massage and signature facials can be performed the day before an event but others should be done in advance.
Glo2 Facials- 2-3 days prior to event
Waxing- 3 days prior to the event
Dermaplaning- 1 week prior to event
Neurotoxin Injections/ Fillers- 2 weeks prior to event
Chemical Peel- 2-3 weeks prior to event
Microneedling- 2-3 weeks prior to event
