Your privacy is important to us. We collect limited personal information—such as your name, contact details, and appointment history—only to provide our services, process bookings, and communicate with you.

  • How We Use Your Information: To confirm appointments, send service updates, process payments, and share occasional offers You can opt out of these communications at any time by contacting us or replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any SMS we send.

  • Security: Your information is stored securely in our encrypted booking system.

  • Sharing Your Information: We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes. We may share information only with trusted service providers (such as payment processors) or when required by law.

Cancellation Policy

To best serve all of our guests, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.

  • 24+ Hours’ Notice: No fee will be charged.

  • Less Than 24 Hours or No-Show: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.

We appreciate your understanding that missed or late-canceled appointments affect not only our schedule but also other guests awaiting services.

Terms of Service

By booking an appointment with Solace Spa, you agree to the following:

  • Card on File: A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. Storing your card does not charge it in advance; payment for services is processed at checkout unless a cancellation fee applies.

  • Service Eligibility: Some treatments may require a consultation or medical clearance prior to being performed.

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, guests receiving treatments do so at their own risk and should follow all aftercare instructions provided.

  • Gift Cards & Packages: All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
